OBJECTIVE: To design an interactive mail piece for a charity, donation, or event. Mail must include a reward.
PROCESS: I kicked off the project by selecting a charitable event to contribute to. For the interactive element, I came up with the idea of a pop-up feature, where opening the card would make the red droplet stand out in 3D. The second interactive component is a detachable “reward” piece meant to be handed in when donating blood. Ensuring all crucial details such as the location, date, time, and compelling facts to encourage community participation were included. Lastly, I created some online ad’s to help spread awareness.
